Small batch is a 50/50 blend of fermented fruits and veggies with the classic Hammer base. This ferment is nearly a 2 month process and includes shallots, raspberries, strawberries, fresh spicy garlic, a mixed assortment of sweet peppers as well as habaneros, fresh ginger root, assortment of spices and an extra "fruit" that I will let you figure out. 😊
